You can contribute to the health of our community by being a supporting member of the Nelson CARES Society. If you share the goal of building a caring community where every one matters and is included, have a say in how we get there.
SOCIETY MEMBERSHIP
Society members vote at the annual general meeting and are informed of and vote on special resolutions. Join with others who believe we can create a dynamic and supportive community.
Please note that you must be a member in good standing at least 2 weeks prior to our AGM in order to have voting privileges at the AGM. The next AGM is September. Membership fees are due annually. Membership fees are either $2 or $10, it’s your decision to make, based on how much you can afford.
